Meet Corinthia Loblack, ANP-C .

Corinthia Loblack is a Nurse Practitioner, lifestyle coach, and founder of Corinthia Wellness. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Virgin Islands and her Master of Science from Florida International University. Throughout her career, Corinthia has worked in several areas of healthcare, including: • diabetes and metabolic care • endocrinology and obesity management • cardiovascular care • emergency medicine Her clinical experience gave her deep insight into how lifestyle factors affect long-term health and chronic disease.

A Personal Health Transformation

Corinthia’s passion for metabolic health is also deeply personal. While working in healthcare, she was diagnosed with prediabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. She understood the potential consequences of these conditions and the path they could lead to if left unaddressed. Rather than accepting that future, she began focusing on lifestyle change. Within three months, her blood pressure and cholesterol medications were discontinued, and her health improved significantly. This experience reinforced what she had seen in clinical practice — lifestyle change has the power to transform health. Today, Corinthia uses both her professional expertise and personal experience to guide others on their journey toward better health.
