I know what it’s like to feel exhausted and overwhelmed. After over a decade of working 12-hour night shifts, I’ve felt the pressure of juggling work, parenting as a single mom, and trying to find balance in a world that never stops demanding more from you. 

My turning point came when I received my Master’s Degree in Nursing and was diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. That was my wake-up call to the importance of holistic health and wellbeing. I realized that you don’t have to sacrifice your health to succeed; you can conquer stress and lead a fulfilling life.
