At Corrective Lifestyle, I specialize in helping nurses and busy professionals prevent diabetes, sustain a healthy weight, and improve their overall well-being. Whether your goal is to reverse prediabetes, manage stress, or simply feel more comfortable in your own skin, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

As an RN working long shifts, I saw firsthand the struggles many patients had with diabetes, heart disease, and weight issues. I also dealt with metabolic syndrome myself. Balancing my health with my career and home life taught me how crucial self-care is. I realized that many nurses take care of others but neglect themselves. That’s why I became a Health and Lifestyle Coach and created a Metabolic Health Practice. My goal is to help you focus on your own health, build resilience, and live a more balanced, healthier life.
